To ATV legally in Ontario, you must have:

  • proof of ATV ownership
  • registration
  • insurance
  • helmets
  • valid trail permit

EOTA - ATV Vacation Adventures

The Eastern Ontario Trails Alliance offers exceptional ATV'ing excitement on its many miles of managed trails passing through forests and along secluded lakes to its varied ATV'ing events. Would you like to travel on many kilometres of groomed trails and explore our outstanding forested and conservation areas and visit outstanding locations inaccessible from the road? Then why not participate in a day or weekend outing on your ATV, then return to the Guthrie House B&B

Guthrie House

Guthrie House Bed & Breakfast is a beautiful Victorian home with the antique buggy (sleigh in the winter) on the front lawn. Open all year for 4-season recreation. Fishing, swimming and boating on Stoco lake. Satellite TV and wireless Internet access.
We are only one block north of the Trans Canada Trail. Leave your trailer in our driveway, purchase a trail permit and head straight to the trail.
We can help you plan your adventure on the Trans Canada Trail. Whether you're travelling by ATV, snowmobile, horseback, dog sled, bicucle, cross country skiing/snow shoeing or hiking, we can make it happen for you.
We can provide accommodations, meals, trail permits, maps and information on Tweed and area.
